Just got my “new to me” 2021 Nissan Titan truck from them. Overall, the service was OK, though I got the impression that it was more about the sale than any service. Took the truck for a test drive and saw that there was a HUGE crack down the driver’s side window. While I know that it is not their fault and can be overlooked, I kept being pressured to dive it home that night and I could get it fixed later. With a crack like that it would be unsafe to drive, only after I kept refusing to drive it home, they finally said it was unsafe and they would get it fixed for me. They even drove it out to me after the fix, so that was greatly appreciated since they are about an hour away from me. Responses from them was less than impressive, they are always nice on the phone but when something was supposed to be done or contact me back, I had to keep reminding them over the next few days before it would happen. Took almost two weeks for me to get my paperwork that was supposed to be delivered with the truck. Overall experience is that I wouldn’t highly recommend them but also wouldn’t discourage using them either, an average car sales place.

customer service in the service department has went down hill in the past year. people don't return calls when you leave voice mail. Their staffing has went down. This place has one service advisor on Saturday while bill Luke's had 6 on saturdays. I have been a loyal long time customer since 2013 we have bought 3 cars there since 2013 in my family. This place needs to close it is that bad. I will be moving my business to bill Luke's.

Having been to this dealership and service several times, this time was for my Challenger. My original appointment was with another service advisor and on arriving, they turned out to be short-staffed. Carl stepped in to assist who, quite frankly, is awesome. His knowledge is on par, very fun and nice, provided great information, fixed my account to reflect both cars and overall made the experience enjoyable. I would give him 5 stars so this isn't a reflection of his knowledge or customer service. The service center could use some attention in terms of backfilling. Overall, my experience was pretty good. The Service Adviser, Bert Wells was very nice although whatever is underway now has caused a huge issue with them being backed up with several cars waiting and half their service area was blocked. I had to leave my car there overnight and was not provided status the next day until I called several times. After diagnosis, while they found the issue, they stated the car was in an accident which is simply not true (I have a friend who is a master mechanic and he confirmed this as well). The vehicle history is clean and I am the first solo owner. They did mention some service it needs and and had I been called with the diagnosis prior to the pickup I would have had them do the service.

I had an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early. No other vehicles were waiting for service. Staff members looked at me as they walked by. Finally, one staff member asked me my name and checked my vehicle in for service. I was told to wait in my vehicle until a certain named service tech came to greet me and take the vehicle. After approximately 10 mins later and tech arrived at my vehicle and I proceeded to the waiting are. I requested information online, and "Sarge" contacted me within an hour. He was very polite and asked if i would like to come in and take a look at some of the cars. I told him i was really just looking online because i didn't plan to purchase a car for at least 6 months to a year. He said that he just wanted to help me look around and answer any questions i have as i told him i have never bought a new car before. He was so kind and i decided to go ahead and look. When i got there, there was no pressure at all. He started by answering all the questions I had. Then we took at look at some of the cars I was interested in. He let me look around, and was just there to answer any questions i had. He didnt feel he needed to pressure me or up sell anything at all. It didn't feel like most sales situations, it was great. He helped me find a car i liked. THE EXACT KIND I WANTED. Then we went in and he asked what it would take for me to get it that day, and he would try to get it for me. I told him, and after some back and forth with the bosses HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE PRICE I WANTED. TONY in financing was also wonderful. He was very transparent and was not shady or trying to hide anything at all. They all were just honest and seemed sincere in their trying to help me get what i wanted. The whole experience was wonderful. I would recommend them. Thanks again for the 2016 Jeep Renegade, "Sarge!" And more importantly, thank you for all your years of service in the Air Force.

I came all the way from Mesa because I have the platinum extended warranty with auto-nation and the tech turned me away because I recently got my recall done at a dealership in Mesa. He said to take it there instead since they already messed with my car.

Do not buy a car from them! They do a great job selling you the car but service after is horrible. The sales department has no idea on how out of state titling is done and gave me the wrong answers. It took them 90 days to get me my title. I called many many times trying to reach someone. The title department option on the phone connects you to Dania, you leave a message and you get no return call, same with the finance department. I finally was able to get the number for the general manger Tom Schelley he left a message on my phone and said he would work on the issue and he would get back to me. I called and called leaving message after message and he never returned my calls. With all the car dealers there are in the Phoenix area you don't need to deal with one as unprofessional as AuroNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

I had to get some emergency vehicle repair on my van while driving across the country. I told my problem to the service manager (Carl) and he was very understanding and a huge help. He was able to get my vehicle through diagnostics the day I arrived and repaired the following day to get us back on the road. Everyone I called at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. They made an otherwise dreadful experience much more manageable.

Don't do business with this company. I purchased a truck cash over a month ago and still haven't received a TITLE OR REGISTRATION!! The temporary is EXPIRED!!! I've called the salesman and their title/registration clerk and left multiple messages. ZERO RESPONSE I have a truck I can't legally drive. Guess the next step is to file a police report for theft. They took my money and refuse to give me a title or registration. UNBELIEVABLE These people are crooks!

Then today i spoke with another manager named Gastan and he never returned my calls either and i had an appointment today to hopefully go purchase my dream car nut Gastan and i both agreed not to drive 50 miles for no reason !!!! 3 hours later after no call back i spoke with Charlie and he informed me that the car i was interested in had just sold 30 minutes before i called !!!! We loved buying our Jeep here. No pressure - but Max, our sales guy, made everything so easy. He knew everything about the Jeep we were interested in and about all cars, really. It was great. We had a fun test drive! When we saw how much they could give us on our trade and the price they offered on a new Jeep it was hard to pass up. We still needed a few days to make arrangements with our travel schedule - but we called a couple days after the offer was made and the Jeep was still available! We went in and signed and got the keys! Easy. Thanks, Max and the rest of your crew. We love the new Sahara and know that we could not have done this same deal anywhere else. Really poor experience and cannot get the service manager to respond. I brought my Ram 1500 for scheduled service...Oil & Filter, Cabin air filter and tire rotation. I mentioned to the service advisor that the rear driver side tire was registering low @ 28 lbs when I started the truck and that I wanted them to check the tire for damage that would need repair. I arrived @ 7:30 and was given an estimate of 8:15 for completion as I was waiting it was finished at 9:30 or so I thought. They actually failed to do the tire rotation and also never checked the tire for damage. As I was now running late I got in and started driving and the TPMS warning came on low tire pressure. I called the service advisor and he said oh the tech said he couldn't find the wheel lock key so he didn't do the rotation. The key was in the truck! no one ever mentioned it or asked if I had the key they just didn't do the work. Remember it took 2 hours to do an oil change and cabin filter change. I asked the advisor to have the service mgr call me and I have not heard from anyone. I have contacted Chrysler customer care as I took the truck to Discount Tire to have it checked and there was a nail in the tread and since I tow an RV trailer is a serious safety concern. I plan on contacting the dealership general manager next to see if the indifference toward customers is pervasive and comes from the leadership.

I have a 2919 dodge 1500 longhorn with only 15300 miles on it. I got up the other morning and went to start the vehicle and it was dead. My husband finally was able to get the vehicle started and at that time we noticed that the check engine light was on so we headed to the nearest dealership which was AutoNations. Upon arrival you could tell they were irritated that we had arrived without an appointment and for that they had us wait in our vehicle for 20 minutes in the drive till they finally sent over a service advisor. Upon letting the advisor know of our problem we asked for an oil change and tire rotation be done in addition to the warranty work and we were informed it would be the following day before we would get my vehicle back. This I understood due to not having an appointment but also did not have a choice due to the vehicle not starting. The vehicle is still under the factory warranty so we wanted to make sure that the issues were addressed by a dodge dealership. The next day we had not heard from them so we called to check on the status of the repairs at 3:00 pm and were informed that the vehicle had not been looked at. We had a very long conversation and made two calls for the service manager and never received a call back from him and were told that he was unavailable. Their lack of communication and the fact that they could care less if the product they sell is also serviced by them is pathetic. We were actually told to come pick it up and take it elsewhere rather than try and come up with a solution for me to be able to get to work since they did not deliver on the repairs. Beware of this dealership as there is no customer service and I would never be able to tell a friend or family what a great experience this dealership provides. They don’t care and they let you know your business to them is not important.

A long time customer, I have always had my Grand Caravan serviced here but then my service advisor retired. After a previous bad experience I was a little hesitant to go back but when my window regulator failed and I couldn't close my driver's side window, heat and security concerns left me no choice. I was lucky enough to get Nicholas Thomas as a service advisor and was really happy at the work and service I received. He did a great job and got me back on the road right away. Several weeks ago, after an extensive Internet search, I found the exact combination of model, color and options in a new Grand Cherokee that I was looking for and it was in transit to AutoNation in Phoenix. I contacted Daniel and we started the purchase process over the phone even though I was over 300 miles away. Daniel was super responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase cycle. Three weeks after the initial phone call, we drove down to Phoenix, traded in our older Grand Cherokee and drove out with the brand new one. I was prepared for some last minute hiccups or negotiations. There were none. The price quoted for my trade in was fair and honored. There were no unexpected surcharges on the purchase price and we even ended up with a full tank of gas. I would definitely drive the 300 miles again to deal with Daniel and Autonation.

After trying to call for several days to book an appointment I was able to get a hold of someone. I showed up ten minutes early for my 10:30 am oil change appointment and my car wasn’t finished until well after noon. This is way to long for a simple oil change, and there was no one in the service waiting room for me to talk to. I would definitely go get serviced somewhere else.

I would not recommend that anyone does business with this AutoNation. I purchased a RAM 1500 diesel sight unseen - based on the AutoNation ad. I was not able to test anything in the truck. They wouldn't even start the truck. The truck failed smog multiple times which I found out by DOT and when I to take the vehicle to smoke. AutoNation had the financing on the truck already approved, which they were getting the truck, "Ready," for me. So, I was making my truck payments while driving around a base rental for several weeks...waiting. Right from the start, most of the features on the truck did not function. I notified Daniel and Harry immediately and they said they would take care of everything. For example, none of the steering wheel control's function. They still don't. The speedometer bounces around in the cluster. The stereo has virtually no connectivity. The auto shuts off when the truck is put in reverse. The compass does not function. The tint on the windows is so blurry that you get a headache looking through it and you can see debris in the tint. The USB ports do not function. In short, the electronics don't work. Someone - maybe an employee. Maybe the whomever had the truck previously removed the factory UConnect which these vehicles require to function correctly. This was not disclosed. This was not on the ad. I certainly did not sign an acknowledgment, and none was ever presented. AutoNation said they would make this right. What they meant was, they'll get the parts for another $2700.00. The traction control randomly shuts off and the tow mode randomly turns on while driving. The HVAC randomly doesn't even power up - this is a problem. Especially in Arizona. One of the reasons the vehicle continually failed smog us because the wrong size tires were put on the truck - the ECU thinks the truck is at one speed when it is actually traveling at a different speed. Smog allows for a 20% variance. This truck was over 60% off. Daniel and Harry only ever reply with, "It's busy." Or "I'm with family." How about you two reply to your customers who actually spent their money with you while you are working and stop making excuses. Don't lie to your customers. Don't rip your customers off - you'd be shocked at how much smoother your interactions are if you stop doing what you are doing. When you go into the dealer you have to repeatedly ask for these two people and they walk around trying to ignore you - maybe they think that you don't see them? There is no reason for any person to spend their money with this AutoNation. They do not stand behind their product, even when there is warranty. I have had to file a complaint with MOPAR and I will escalate it from there until my truck is either bought back and replaced with a truck that has not been altered and made to not work or, until they actually fix the truck. The truck spent weeks in their service. When I got it back, not a single thing was taken care of. They simply ignore you and think that you will go away. Daniel and Harry then told me that they adjusted the price of the truck to compensate for the issues prior to it being listed. This is a lie. Nothing was adjusted. The truck sold at good condition market value. Nothing was disclosed. The only information I had on the truck was what was in the ad, and attached to the VIN. Harry and Daniel assured me that the truck would be as it should be - this was something I specifically asked them about because I was unable to even power the truck on. This is completely unacceptable. People do not spend their money to be ripped off. The best thing you can do as a consumer is avoid this AutoNation entirely and if you are even contact by Harry or Daniel ignore them and spend your money with a dealer that is going to stand behind their product and not lie to their customers. Still, nothing has been fixed. I have however contacted Daniel and Harry many times - each attempt to contact Daniel and Harry has been ignored. I would advise that AutoNation be avoided. Spend your money elsewhere. Update: Better Business Bureau complaint filed (05/24/2022) due do no response from AutoNation.

My wife and I had been looking for a 2022 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for several months. We went online and “built” one, just hadn’t ordered it yet. I had visited the AutoNation lot but they didn’t have what I was looking for. The next day I got a call from Charlie about a shipped ‘22 Rubicon, customer had ordered and decided to buy off the lot. Charlie sent me the window sticker and it had almost everything our build had. I met with Charlie later that day, drove the Rubicon and made the purchase. Charlie was very professional, not pushy, answered all my questions. We text back and forth about several things before and even after the purchase, Charlie has always responded in a timely manner. This was one of the best automotive buying experiences I’ve had!

We recently decided to go after a Jeep Wrangler, but could not find one locally we wanted. We did test drive a couple and decided what we wanted, but the dealership we had been too was just not interested in selling to us the way we were treated. We decided to go through Sam's club auto, it referred to us Autonation. We were able to meet with Josh who helped us through the ordering process and we will take delivery of our new Jeep in a couple months, it was quick, painless and a great experience. While there found a truck I was interested in, was not looking for a truck at that time, but would be in my mind an upgrade from the truck I currently have. We started the deal, our sales guy was going on vacation and handed us off to another person Dan. He was a very nice guy, we started the deal. There was some hiccups that occurred that could of caused the deal to not happen, there were a couple stressful days while dealing with it, but each contact with the dealership we got our questions answered, they were able to overcome them and we met with Thom the GM who did a few things to make it right. Turned out to being 2 sales for the dealership and 1 new truck now and a new Jeep in the near future. Overall a good experience, had to be since it has been 20 years since my wife has set foot in a dealership due to a very bad experience.

Absolutely enjoy the service department here. I have not had to experience going through a sale yet at this location. Nicholas our service advisor was very kind, and delivered in the promised eta for service completion and even took the time to get to know me and my wife and provide us with some good local food spots! I took my Truck in for a routine service and a recall issue. For some reason I could not get through to anyone in service for days over the phone so I called sales to help me out. In any case, once I was able to get service, I received my truck back three days later without everything completed. In addition, I have a grinding noise coming from the front areas now. I was told they’d be calling me back when a part they ordered arrived. They don’t have any loaners and I can’t afford to leave my truck at the dealership for a week or so. I’m still waiting to get my truck attended to, a week later. I have started trying to call service again, this time with a direct number, but still no response from the calls and emails. Hopefully, I can get in. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone, because I’ve received nothing but good service from AutoNation in the past. Just received my truck back from the service department: the service was great, and the end result was equally great. They worked hard at getting my truck completed, but we had to wait for a month on a backlogged part. The only thing I would ask for is more communication. A couple of unsolicited status updates throughout the process would be greatly appreciated. Overall, everything worked out great.

Seriously, do not waste your time here. If you are looking to just get a vehicle and not have to deal with anyone at the dealership after, then this may be the place for you. But if you would like to have a reliable dealership to go to in case of any needs, this is NOT the place. They lie about deals and offers just to get you to sign papers and get you out of the doors, but then don’t honor these deals later down the road if there are any issues or if your vehicle is needing repairs. Service is absolutely terrible, they never answer the phone and never call back if a voicemail is left. Takes weeks for them to service your vehicle IF they actually do it. Communication is a 0/10 for the service team, sales reps and GM. Please spare yourself. I’ve gotten two vehicles from this place being a customer for over 3 years now (should have learned my lesson the first time) but I can ensure I will not be going back because they do not offer anything worth while!

I had originally started with another service tech and was advised as my 3500 Ram was older (2007) that I would be required to leave it longer. I took it back then next week and was given a new service tech. Bryon he took down all the information. And within 2 days they had everything repaired except for an ABS sender unit which had an unreasonable price and repair on this unit. Over all I spent 2300.00 for 75,000 mile service and the truck runs excellent.

I’ll start by saying the service I took my vehicle to get was done well. I would of liked a little more communication however. What was supposed to be a day and a half fix turned out to be nearly 8 full days. The annoying part is that I was told that they would check on progress and to call back in a couple hours and when I called back it was the exact same response (when they decided to pick up the phone)…for several days. I was denied a rental vehicle because it was supposed to be a quick fix. Missed a day of work because I was told it would be done that day. It wasn’t. Anywho, rather than telling me it’s about to be done every other day, be more straight forward and actually answer the phone.

My experience was great. Received a notice from Chrysler that my car had an open recall on it and needed some software updated. I was able to get in for the service the very next day at 10:30 AM and I was out of there before noon. I had called another dealership and they told me they would need the car for 4 or 5 days....that was a bit much for a simple software update. I contacted the dealership service department to get my truck in because the air conditioning quit working. I was able to get an appointment a few days later and when I brought my truck in Carl was able to get it repaired quickly and was also able to get my oil change and tire rotation done. Don't believe anything your salesperson tells you until you've left the lot with the vehicle and signed paperwork. We tried to buy a Rubicon from out of state. First the salesperson said we can't lease from out of state, even though a call to Chrysler Financial confirmed we could. Even though a lease was preferred, we arranged financing through our credit union to purchase. Our salesperson told us they would hold the vehicle with a refundable deposit. We called to make that deposit, and were told they could only hold it for seven days, and it would be non-refundable. We understood, so waited until 7 days before we could fly in to call back and make the deposit. Booked the flights and hotels and got excited to get her new Jeep. Then we were told they would only hold it for 3 days, unless we used their financing. Since they told us (incorrectly) that Chrysler financial wouldn't lease to us, we had already jumped through hoops to secure other financing and weren't interested in other options. It's still there on the lot, and might well be when we were scheduled to be there, but we've decided we cant' trust this dealership to keep their word and have cancelled the flights. Edit to add based on response: Our understanding from the salesperson and sales manager is that it was the GM who told them not to stick to their word. It seems obvious the GM didn't want to let the inventory go without maximizing profit by providing financing or taking a trade in. While not surprising in the current seller's market, these short sighted tactics will not be forgotten when supply chains recover. The offer to "make it up to us" seems like an empty gesture to save face.

Just be sure to get the direct line for whoever you’re dealing with because the automated phone system leads you in circles and NO ONE answers, it’s just robo-voice after robo-voice in endless circles of getting nowhere. I literally had to make the 20 min drive there to talk to someone. That’s when Izzy gave me her direct line and it was smooth sailing after that.

Ahmed did a great job handling the inconveniences that I experienced with my car not being fixed for almost two weeks when it was a two day job(seated torque converter, oil change). There was no rental or loner supplied to me during this time. When I got my car back the exhaust was low and not put back to its original working state. Patience is a virtue. The car is as good as new now thankfully.

They have a talent for making it feel like the customer is an inconvenience to them. I traded-in a vehicle with them over a month ago. The loan I had for my previous vehicle was never paid off (it's been over a month). So, now I am paying late fees and my credit is getting hit. I have been calling around for weeks between the bank and autonation to get this figured out. Seem like a lot of work that I shouldn't have to do, right? The finance department rarely answers phone calls or emails. When they do they complain that I "won't stop calling them". A week ago they were to void my old check and send a new one to pay off my old vehicle and this still hasn't happened. I know stuff happens, but customers shouldn't have to do this much leg-work to make sure the dealership follows through with their end of the deal. That, and some customer service during the process would be great. At this point, I regret going to Autonation. And yes, I've tried to get ahold of management many times to no avail.

I have purchased two vehicles through this dealership and I have always received great service by sales and the service center. But lately The service center is horrible. I can never talk to anyone at the service center on the phone. It goes to voicemail and never get a call back. I recently Dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday for an oil change and a noise under the car. They explain it will be Monday before it’s ready. Monday rolls around no call from the service center and I left several messages. Finally get a hold of someone after calling several times all day. They ask to remove a part that was damaged and is not necessary for the operation of the vehicle. I agree to removing the part and I ask if they finished the oil change. I was told the oil change was done and I could pick the car up tomorrow. I try to call the next day and leave several messages. After much frustration, I drive to the service center. They now tell me they can’t take the part off and I need to go to an auto body shop. I also learn the oil change is not completed. I wait 45 min so they can complete the oil change. Six days without a vehicle, still had to wait for the oil to be changed. I drive to a mechanic down the street. He lifts the car up, grabs a wrench, bends the part back into place and says, all done. He didn’t even charge me and fixed the issue in less than 15 mins. The Autonation Service Center is struggling. I was once told, the sales people make the first deal and the service center makes the second. They lost this next purchase.

When we first arrived, we were not rushed upon by anyone, no one was too over eager to engage with us. We were allowed time to browse. Not the typical experience we have seen in the past. We were sure what we were looking for, but then there were two trucks to choose from. After going back and forth on them, Riad was VERY patient with us and were never rushed, we made our choice. John, the sales manager, engaged with us several times during the process and help us feel totally comfortable with all things. We did have to follow-up a few time after for some minor things, but all around, we felt good. Thanks AutoNation!! We Love our RAM 1500, the white one!

The gentleman the night before who sold me the warranty package was explicitly clear on the fact that it covered everything, bumper to bumper on my vehicle. I didn't want the warranty package at first and remember having this exact conversation with him as it was one of the key factors in my decision to purchase it. Even though I brought it to their attention and they had told me about the warranty package I figured they would get it fixed. From what I can tell from your AutoNation Ford location, which has been incredibly hard to get in contact with as no one picks up the phone and I was only able to get a call back after calling corporate by mistake, was that the warranty does not cover my screen nor the check engine. I know that the check engine light should still be covered under the we owe but I can't believe I was mislead to put it mildly into getting the warranty. They straight up lied. I run a business, I bought vehicles for family members, I anticipate buying any more vehicles. I liked my experience with Max my salesperson. This however has been an absolute nightmare not worth my time or money. I am respectful, honest, and understanding, and I also have no problem taking my business elsewhere or leaving this review, which ironically AutoNation keeps asking for via email. I am sorry to have purchased my vehicle from them and would not recommend. They have not apologized for misleading me, nor attempted to resolve my issues. Jesse one of their sales managers has never called me back.

Horrible, Horrible! This company plays games, adds options, uses pressure sales, and does bate and switching with paperwork. They added warranties to the purchase price ($9,000.00), 4 times I told the finance department NO I didn't need the extra warranties. He then drug this out for 5 hours before getting a price together. This is after I put 30k down and have over a 750 credit score. The following morning I brought the vehicle back with the keys. They made the necessary changes to the purchase price without the warranties. They wasted 2 days of my life with their nonsense. Just drive on by, don't stop at this dealership!

The sales person, Molly, was great. Sales experience was very good. After purchase, not so much. It's been well over a month and I have not received my registration tags. Considering that I already have the plate from my old car, all they had to do is entered into the system. The DMV reported that they have not even sent it in. My temporary plate is now expired. I have had to make a number of phone calls and I still don't have a temporary plate. As of today, I'm driving around with expired plate which is very upsetting to me. They explained that the delay was due to COVID. I somewhat understand that, however, that doesn't explain why they didn't just email me a temporary plate. My wife is in the market to trade and her 2019 Jeep and upgrade to a Rubicon 2022. Unfortunately, we will have to find a better equipped dealer that takes care of their clients after the sale. Very disappointing experience with autonation.

From the fist time I called Josh Hargis to inquire about ordering a 2022 Ram 3500, to the test drive and actual order of the vehicle, Josh has been the most professional Sales Person I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Josh updated me 2-3 times a month on the build process, including estimated delivery date. He over delivered and under promised!! My new Truck arrived earlier than he had originally quoted! Normally when purchasing a vehicle, the most time consuming part of the process is the financing. This was not the case. When I arrived at the dealership last Friday, The truck was ready and all of the paperwork was entered into the system. Thank you josh! From there he introduced me to Shelby Bass from Finance. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She had my deal approved in 30 minutes and within another 15 minutes I was handed the keys!! Thank you Shelby for making this part of the process so easy. But, Josh was not finished with me yet. We spent the next 45 minutes making sure I was trained on all of the features my new truck has. From the most simple to the most complex. I’ve been dealing with AutoNation for over a decade and never had a problem. This time I was treated like a second class citizen from start to finish. I never got a call from my service tech from the time I dropped off my car to the time two days later I had to go over there as all I was getting was voicemail. Right before I did that I got a call from my service tech telling me that my brakes were no good and the car was unsafe to drive. I knew that my brakes were almost brand new when I got there the manager researched it and we went and talked to the service tech and he informed us that they had my car confused with another one but he did not even take the time to call me back and clear up his confusion. The only way I was finally able to talk to a service tech was to go through the sales team twice. My car was there for a total of three days. The mechanic did a good job but the actual service tech I would definitely not recommend. When all was said and done I left a review on Facebook and was told that somebody would be calling me to discuss everything. No one ever called me and it’s been well over a week.

The supply chain issue impacted my repair. Nicholas went above and beyond in tracking down the transmission for my Ram 1500 and working with the warranty company. 7 long weeks later, the truck was returned; full repair and running like a champ. And CLEAN. They did a good wash to bring my ride back ready to run, no 7 week grime to deal with. Extremely happy with their service. They have been the primary mechanic shop for the Ram for the past 10 years and have always shown consistent excellence in dealing with me and the truck. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience so far, general manager apparently didn't read my emails nor did his staff. When I went to close the deal, no one seemed to remember anything that we had talked about. The general manager would not address my concern that in order for me to make a deal with his store I would need to continue with the verified credit ran report from last evening. When I asked for the general managers supervisors name he said he would is the store's general manager and would not give me a supervisor's name. AutoNation should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. Update 1: -hard credit hit twice by two different managers two different days two different experiences I wonder how much damage it did to my ability for buying a car I also entered my information and did a credit check on the AutoNation.com website I hope this doesn't have to go to litigation. Although all of the emails would make it an easy case Update 2: - so I just got a call from the general manager stating he wanted to assist me but would not address my issues again and went back to some profane approach of bringing up a topic I am not discussing with him I.e the interest rate. Don't let this man's tactics impact your living situation.

I flew out to AZ to pick up a used 2020 Ram 1500 limited. The dealer or salesperson was aware I was flying out and no offer to pick me up at the airport (not a big deal, but would have been nice). When I arrived at the dealer, my truck or paperwork wasn't ready. The sales person took my truck out to get lunch while I waited in the dealership for the finance guy. I told them that I just wanted to complete the transaction and get on the road to drive home to Idaho. After a few attempts at trying to up sell me on stuff and me saying NO, I finally got out of there about 5-6 hours later. I was given a 90 day AZ tag and was told everything was all set. I've been waiting on the title to be sent to my finance company. I have now received 2 letters from the bank stating they haven't received a title yet and its been more than 90 days. I've called multiple times and thought this was resolved. Around day 60 or so I called and asked about the title and they still had it and didn't realize there was a lien holder. I've emailed multiple times and no definitive answers. I also was charged hundreds of dollars for a documentation fee and want that money back - they haven't performed the service they agreed to and charged for. Very dissatisfied with the whole process.

Let me start by saying I’m pretty OCD about keeping my cars well maintained. However, I’m also not one to go out and buy new either so I expect the used cars I buy to have some issues here and there. With that said, I have a 2015 Challenger SRT 392 and I recently purchased a 2011 Ram 1500 5.7L 4x4 and I’m more than willing to spend the money on initial inspections and maintenance to be performed by a local dealer. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the Auto Nation Dodge North Phoenix dealer ever again!! To start with, in my opinion, it’s unacceptable to take appointments only tell a customer upon arrival that it could take up to 3 days to complete diagnostics. I’m fortunate enough to have 2 cars so being without one isn’t a big deal. However, for those who rely on a single mode of transportation, this can be extremely inconvenient. Second, when a service advisor doesn’t “ADVISE” a customer on work that should be completed, he’s not really doing his job. In this case, I bought a used truck that had a flat lobe on a cam shaft that caused a misfire and resulted in a check engine light. Since the front of the motor had to be taken apart anyway, o thought it would be a good idea to replace old parts that wear out with new parts. When I received my initial quote I was a bit surprised this wasn’t included at least as an option since there would be no additional labor involved. But I had to go out of my way to request a new timing chain, gears and tensioner. Which doesn’t sound like a big until you realize it’s almost impossible to get ahold of your “ADVISOR”. Which means I had to make a trip to the dealer, find the advisor and have a discussion about what I wanted. Finally, when I have a list of items I want addressed/ fixed, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that EVERYTHING on that list is addressed!! Not only were there multiple issues that weren’t fixed or addressed, but my efforts in making a special trip to the dealer to ensure a new timing chain, gears and tensioner were installed was a complete waste of time as this was not completed due to a “MISCOMMUNICATION WITH THE TECH”!! Which I interpreted as there was NO communication with the tech about what I wanted. The “ADVISOR” apologized for the issue and said if those items needed to be replaced at a later date, I would not be charged for any labor. Only problem with that is if the timing chain goes bad, more often than not, the motor is trashed!! If this happens, I will be holding Auto Nation fully responsible!! To wrap up, I spent almost $7k on the issues that were actually fixed but still don’t have the piece of mind of knowing that everything I wanted done to ensure maximum reliability of my new used truck was done. So buyer be ware, if you go to this dealer, you might not get your money’s worth and no amount of money is worth a bad experience!!

Not only did it take so long for them to get this done it took over a MONTH to make an appointment because no one answered the phone or returned my calls but when I was able to finally get ahold of someone they told me I would have to wait longer because they weren’t available. I made a appointment for an oil change and the earliest they could get me in was today Thursday the 22nd, 2021 at 4:pm. I showed up at 3:30 and asked if I was planning on leaving it over night. When I said no, I was told that they’re 3 hours behind and they do not make appointments after 3:pm. I told the service writer I call in to make my appointment and the lady on the phone gave me the time of 4:pm. The service writer said they might not get it finished today. The look on the service writer face was basically “Oh Well”. Not happy and never going back.

we had two recalls and an a/c that stopped working. 4 days later nothing had been done. they said they could not recreate the ac problem but charged us $152when we told them we were picking it up in three hours. in the meantime we received three emails and 4 letters telling us to get the recall fixed quickly. the had no idea when parts would be in. we also were still waiting for a dash board cover since 2019. the fuel pump recall was about 8 months. we were told no cars were available to rent on insurance. we tried to ca the general manager. no response. our old service guy Rocket had been excellent. the new guy was apathetic and really did not care.

Three years ago I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass at AutoNation. The Jeep has already needed the engine replaced and even with the new engine is not a reliable vehicle. This Compass is literally a Fiat in Jeep’s clothing; I am trading it in. The only redeeming factor in this whole mess has been Carl Ross, my service advisor. I give Carl 10 stars for customer service. I give AutoNation 1 star because they sold me a piece of crap. As far as the car goes, no stars, the best thing for this car would be a can of gasoline and a book of matches….friggin’ POS.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at this dealership and I have been coming here for years for multiple vehicles. The service provider I usually see no longer works there so I had to work with someone who did not know me or my vehicle and was not nearly as nice. Every conversation regarding what was going on with my vehicle was met with hostility. I was constantly talked to as if I was a child who knew nothing. They kept my car for a full month just to replace a battery wire. It only took that long because they lost my car and my keys for a few days after it was towed there and it would have stayed sitting in the tow yard, untouched, if I hadn't gotten a ride down there and asked about what was going on with my car, since they refused to answer the phone. They also did not listen to me when I explained the issue with my car. I told them when I had the car towed there that the issue was most likely the wire, but they had to take weeks to come to that conclusion on their own. And during those weeks they tried to sell me a battery I didn't need, replaced a good starter, and consistently talked down to me. Even my mother overheard a conversation I was having with the technician and asked me "do they always talk to you like that?" because she was appalled and how rudely they talked me. The entire process was extra difficult because I was not able to call and talk to any techs throughout the process. They told me I can only communicate with them through email. They told me and I quote "we are too busy to answer the phone, if you want to talk to me you have to email me". And even emailing barely worked because the techs weren't reading the full messages and it was like I had to keep rehashing the same questions and explanations over and over again, and that's if they responded to the email. At times I would have to send multiple emails over days before I got a response. I spent over $500 on rental vehicles trying to keep making it to work while they dicked around with my car. After all of this I know I will never, ever, be returning to this AutoNation location and I wish I could get my money back. I want to add that this all started because a sales rep wanted me to trade in my car and he told me to have it towed in and quoted me a two-day turnaround on getting the car appraised and traded in. He knew that the car was not running and promised me that I could still get at least $10,000 for it, since it was not a major problem. It was after that two days passed that I tried calling in to find out what was going on with my car and was getting no responses. I had to drive there and talk to someone in person just to find out they didn't even know they had my car and had no idea where my keys were. The technicians also told me that 2 days turnaround was a lie and they actually had no idea how long it was going to take to do a diagnostic on my car since they were so busy. On top of that somebody told the appraisal guys that the issue with my car was the engine and so they appraised it for $2,000 and that was before they even knew where my car was. So no diagnostic had even been performed, they just guessed it was an engine problem. Then I was told they would get my car in right away, do the diagnostic, and get the appraisal redone. That was a month ago. They also did not have any loaner cars and did not care about the inconvenience they were causing me by taking this long with my car. I drive 100 miles a day for work, so I had to spend hundreds of dollars on rental vehicles. The tech told me that I could get the rental vehicles covered under warranty, but he refused to help me contact the warranty provider. I tried for weeks to get a hold of the warranty people, unsuccessfully. When I told the technician about this he just shrugged it off in a "sucks to suck" kind of way and said it's hard for him to contact them too. I did finally get the appraisal and it is indeed worth the $10,000 I was originally quoted, but I'm so pissed at this dealership that there's no way I'm going through with this trade in.

When I brought my car in, it was making a strange noise that needed a diagnosis. I decided to wait at the dealership to find out what was wrong. I learned it was going to cost several hundred dollars to fix. After several hours of waiting, my car was finally ready. The Valet pulled it up, I got in and turned the key. Nothing. I had an instant feeling a dread. After all the waiting, my car was not starting. Then I realized, It Did Start! It started up so quietly and was running so smoothly that I couldn't hear it or feel it. Unbelievable! It continued to start silently for the next two days. Now, I can hear it start very quietly. The engine is still running silently. The very talented auto service technician did a great job!! Maureen, my very attentive service adviser, was professional, helpful, friendly, kind, as usual. This was an expensive repair for me, but the payoff was amazing. I didn't know cars (other than electric) could run so quietly and smoothly. I think it might even be quieter than when it was new. Yeah, I recommend this place!

I had an excellent service experience this week at AutoNation North Phoenix thanks to my service advisor Carl Ross and their service technicians. My Ram 2500 Power Wagon had preventative service on the suspension, engine, transmission diagnostics and fluid changes in axles, transfer case and engine. I’m happy we bought this vehicle new from the dealership in 2014 and we’ve had an great relationship servicing it here. I like writing good reviews, seldom do I write a bad one, but sometimes we need to be warned of a horrific experience. I'm WAS a loyal customer of three years. I had that gut feeling from the beginning that this place didn't feel conducive to my trust and liking. I continue to give the benefit of the doubt. People, we all need to listen to that gut feeling. The employees and techs look MISERABLE. There is very poor customer service (except for the greeter who was the shining star of the whole last experience.) I bought another, used vehicle and on the day I bought it I scheduled an appointment, online, a week out, to have it inspected for any issues. At that time I had picked a few concerns because I figured they would check everything out for me. I don't know anything about how a vehicle should run and thought they could let me know if there was something that needed attention. I arrived early for my appointment, they where already busy. Totally understandable, but everyone behind me was being helped. When the rep finally came over to me, he asked what was wrong with the vehicle. I let him know I had an appointment and chose the concerns when I scheduled. I explained I wanted a check up to make sure everything was good on the vehicle. Then he asked why I was bringing it in and what was wrong with the vehicle. He had the information already printed out and right there infront of him but I was being questioned regardless. I said maybe the A/C ... well that was going to cost me $150.00, even with out anyone looking at the vehicle. Really???? How am I supposed to know what's wrong with the vehicle, that is supposedly their expertise, right? I was bringing the vehicle in so they could help ME and look over the vehicle and tell ME what was wrong with the vehicle. Since I didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle, they couldn't help me. I will never again bring a vehicle here for service. Nor will I ever buy a vehicle from here. I will make sure all my friends and family stay away from this location. And then I found this email that shows they cancelled my appointment ... Super funny, since I was there, on time, willing customer for service!! Again ... REALLY??!! I have a 2016 Ram Big Horn with the Hemi engine. Last year I was having issues with my transmission overheating in the summer going up sunset point . The transmission got as hot as 260 degrees and I was told by AutoNation to pull over and let the transmission cool down to 200 degrees and then proceed to Flagstaff. This occurred several times before I was able to get into Planet dealership in Flagstaff. The service there was terrible and would not recommend them at all. This summer the transmission started overheating again and I took it to Auto Nation where I was told this is common however RAM does not see this as a factory default. Auto Nation recommended to me what they have been doing for other customers which was to replace the A/C condenser with a dual A/C condenser & Transmission cooler which was going to cost me over $800.00. This work around worked however I still feel that if I cannot get my truck up a hill in the summer heat that there is an issue with the truck and RAM should have addressed and paid for the fix. Another concern I have is when I purchased my truck, I purchased Oil changes and with the pandemic it looks like I will end up with unused pre paid oil changes. When the Customer Service feedback team contacted me I mentioned both of my concerns above and he told me that he would look into them and get back with me. Unfortunately I never heard back from him. very disappointed. My service Advisor Maureen Works has done an excellent job and I would recommend her to any of my friends.

Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But God help you if you need any service/repairs, or added acessories from their service and parts department. Holy cow!!! Two-2 months to try to schedule thousands of dollars of service work and upgrades, cant even manage to set you up with a rental vehicle. And then after 2 months they call that they have loaner, but can you be here right away, because they cant hold the rental for you. This place would be much better if they had some robots and vending machines dispensing cars, as that would be a huge improvement-not sure how they even mange to survive with zero customer service. Fortunately, there are still privately owned Ram dealers down the road, where they take pride im customer service. Too bad that you cant give them zero stars for rating.

Took the vehicle in for an oil change and a basic inspection. It was recommended that I replace the air filter also, which I did. It was also discovered that the two batteries in my Pacifica needed to be replaced. Since I had a dead battery about a week before I took the vehicle in for service, I said okay. They were replaced under warranty. I think that my service representative, Nicholas Thomas made sure that what was needed on my vehicle was taken care of.

If I had the option for no stars I'd choose that. They kept my vehicle for a week. I came in with one concern and was given an additional 15 item laundry list of work that could be done totaling over $6000. When none of the other items were of concern and after I took it to another shop all the items still had a 2 year life span on them. I received no phone calls for updates, I had to call every time. Was told 24 t 48 hours just for the inspection when I made an appointment. I patiently waited the entire 48 hours before I called for an update. They needed to check my warranty that was on a Friday. I did not hear anything from them until I called the following Wednesday so I was very patient. When I called the direct line I was given I was greeted with a voicemail they no longer worked there as of the day prior. Unless you want to be without a car for days, receive zero customer service and be taken advantage of financially I would stay away from this service department.

Took 2016 Ram in for a issue with my Unconnect system. Uconnect said it was an upgrade that the dealer would do... After pne and a half day they couldn't get it to upgrade. Was told they would have to check with higher ups for help..Haven't heard back yet. We have always been pleased with the service we haver eceived here so I am hoping they come through.

Great staff, service department was very helpful. Representative Nicholas Thomas and service manager went out of their way to get my 2018 hellcat back on the road after breaking down on a trip from California to Texas. The parts were shipped overnight and the car was up and running the next day. This to me was outstanding service as most local dealer did not want to see my vehicle till the following week and that would have ruin our trip/vacation. Again I’m very thankful to have brought my car to auto nation definitely 10/10 for service.

I dealt with car salesman Francis (Manager, Gaston) I arrived with my TrueCar offer and a exclusive bonus cash offer to get the best deal out the door. Francis agreed to honor both of my offers and recorded the offer code (MC2827622372) to come and find out I got the selling price for a lot higher than the TrueCar offer and did not even apply the Bonus cash offer that I was entitled to. I confirmed with other local dealerships and was told I in fact got con by the dealership personnel. I called to try to get a hold of Francis and ask the questions on why they didn’t apply or even sold me the car for the price they said they would honor he was no where around, when I spoke to (manager) Gaston and I question him, he said he didn’t know anything about it and that he didn’t know what Francis had told me to come to a deal agreement. I thought I was paying the taxes and fees of the extra thousands I got cheated out of. Correctional officer and these guys here are [non-permissible content removed]!

Less then 1 month into owning my new vehicle the check engine light came on. I took it into the service center and was told that the repair needed was not under warranty. How is a repair to something that caused the check engine light to come on not covered by the 90 day warranty given when you buy a vehicle? I was i able to talk with them and ended up only paying for half. It was 250$ spent before i even made my first payment. And on top of all the they didn?t even wash my vehicle when they were done. There were greasy black hand prints all along the front.

Service staff is great. My problem with this dealership is that they don’t offer a courtesy vehicle for me to drive whenever I have to drop my Jeep off for all day service. My 2019 Wrangler has had to be serviced a lot over the past year, and I’ve spent probably over $250 on transportation that was supposed to be covered under my Jeep Wave perks/benefits as a free rental for each service visit. I would’ve switched dealerships a while back if it weren’t for the service issue being a recurring one. It all leaves me wondering if they’re fully servicing the vehicle each visit, or if they’re rushing to just give it back to me each day so as not to keep it overnight as it probably needs.

I've had my vehicle, a Mazda CX-5, for a little over 3 months. Last week my steering wheel locked up, headlights were flashing on and off, and gas pedal stopped working all while driving on a highway at night. My battery completely died. The next morning we popped open the hood to find that the serpentine belt was completely dry rotted and had split in half vertically and horizontally - crazy, I know. Needless to say I had to replace the belt and battery. This is something I would have expected to be checked in Autonation's "125 point inspection". I wish I would have checked before buying the vehicle so that I could have had it replaced and fixed earlier - I would be cautious trusting that everything is checked. My mechanic confirmed this is something that would have been apparent when I purchased the vehicle. So, just be careful!

Had a leaking windshield washer fluid pump still under warranty. Just as I was about to take the car in, I noticed a loud grinding sound in the brakes. AutoNation diagnosed the issues, got the warranty work approved, fixed the leak, and put on new brake pads in two days. Izzy Alikadic was my service consultant, and she kept me updated on all the steps throughout the process. Brake repairs are not under warranty but Izzy was able to get me a small discount on the price, which was a nice added touch.

Too bad they got rid of the employees that actually cared about their customers AutoNation you don't even get one star. This has no reflection on my Dodge ram . So if you're looking for a Dodge ram highly recommend it I love it just would not be ever buying from that dealership again nor will we be going back to the service department. They are a joke. Some of the rudest management and GM I've ever had to listen to. Shame on you AutoNation.

Updated - svc appt 6/09/22: Having been to this dealership and service several times, this time was for my Challenger. My original appointment was with another service advisor and on arriving, they turned out to be short-staffed. Carl stepped in to assist who, quite frankly, is awesome. His knowledge is on par, very fun and nice, provided great information, fixed my account to reflect both cars and overall made the experience enjoyable. I would give him 5 stars for his knowledge and customer service. The service center could use some attention in terms of backfilling. Service appt 3/29 with a new advisor. I purchased a 2021 Rebel technically blind, the truck was listed but not in the lot since the General Manager decided to get it for the weekend so I agreed it will have 521 miles on it(not sure why so many right) so this truck will be delivered to my home(3.5hours away) the next day. Next day comes and the truck has a little more than the mileage said and a damage windshield. Long story short it made feel like I was getting a used truck instead of a brand new one. My salesperson was great! me personally I've been in the sales role for more than 13 years and Courtney T was not pushing for the sale at all but, making valid points to have a little of leverage and most important, she actually deal with me via email most of the time which no one does! In the other hand finance rep Jessy was very pushing for selling of course the most he could after agreeing to a deal with salesperson. Next day I finally got my truck with a brand new windshield and I knew at that time why they weren't able to bring the truck to me when we closed the deal it turns out, the General Manager went to a trip to Las Vegas and of course they did not delete their paired phone or destinations on the Uconnect. Overall, I will follow this salesperson anywhere! whenever Im looking for a new car however, never again at AutoNation dealership

I called on 3/10/21 and told the service center that my check engine light came on and after verifying the error code at a couple of locations close to me I needed the clutch circuit switch replaced and please order the part and I set up the appointment for 7 am on March 20, 2021. I advised when I made the appointment that I could not drop off the vehicle that this was my only vehicle. She told me that she would have Carl order the part and that 10 days was plenty of notice. Contact was made both 48 and 24 hours prior to my appointment reassuring me all was ready for me. Upon arrival Carl greeted me told me he had no one there today to look at my vehicle and that before anything could be done he would run a diagnostic on it. No the part was not ordered. I was told at 7 am that it would be after 1 pm before he would know anything. But would “bump” me to the front of the line. He said that the service manager Steve Rogers was out sick and would call me concerning the matter upon his return. At 11:30 am it was confirmed that yes the switch had gone bad and needed to be replaced and I could leave my vehicle there until Tuesday when the part would arrive or bring it back. I live over 20 miles away and was very frustrated with the fact that I requested the part to be ordered 10 days prior. That I had to wait and make repetitive trips and yet the service manager Steve Rogers never called me on this matter or a matter I had in February with damage to my personal property while getting a oil change. What ever happened to listen to the customer? The Customer is always right? Poor customer service is all I can say!

Overall a good experience. Brian our salesman was very responsive and knowledgeable. We never felt we were under pressure. We felt the value agreed on our trade in was very fair. The only criticism was the whole buying process took a very long time. I think this was due to a busy couple of days and a shortage of finance employees at the time.

Took my Cherokee in for oil change and recall and I don’t think they even did the oil change, the previous visit they didn’t get the oil cover under car secure and now that is broken. Had been charged a few times for tire rotation which they didn’t do so had to buy new tires. I have 10 oil changes from when I purchased the suv, if wasn’t for that I would not take it there.

I have been a long time customer and my most recent vehicle (2018 Ram 1500 Rebel) is my daily driver, No vehicle is perfect and each vehicle will experience some type of Minor or Major breakage (Expected, Hence a Platinum Warranty), Its not about what happens but how those issues are handled. Recently I have experienced some major transmission issues and hands down, their Service Department (My Rep: Maureen) has been on top of it. I actually was contacted by the General Manager and Service Director to work through some of the bumps. They take their business relationships very seriously. As a Business Owner Myself, I have to give it too them, they really care for what happens with the “experience” of the customer (myself in this instance). 5 STARS All Day! My next vehicle (TRX?) will be through them in the near future. My vote is to go with this Dealership all day. You won’t be disappointed. 🇺🇸😎🇺🇸😎🇺🇸😎🇺🇸

It took several weeks to get my car back, however the problem appeared to be fixed. Immediately after leaving the lot I noticed my car was pulling to the right and there was this clunking sound coming from the front and the back. I was hoping it was just something that needed to be "worked" out. It became apparent that wasn't the case and now I have another appointment for them to check their work. Very frustrating because I paid a lot of money to have my issue resolved not to mention the money spent on a rental car just to have to turn around and drop it off again.

This review is for the service dept. For the manager Steve Rogers specifically, as no one actually knows what his job functions are, or how he keeps this job for years. If you have a complaint, or feedback about crappy service he does nothing about it. Not even takes it into consideration for next time. I have brought my vehicle in for service because it stalled out and no one could explain why or was able to fix the issue for over a year. Surprise that this month I get a notice for recall for that same issue that I've myself and others all over have been complaining about. Brought the vehicle in for the recall service, they did what they did and I still have to bring it back 1700 miles later to see if they can find anything. Steve called me back as a follow up after my visit just to tell me an email is coming, and when I brought this up he was clueless and knew nothing that was done to my vehicle. He said he just called to make sure I do a survey. How as a manager doing follow up calls are you not familiar or knowledgeable about what had occured/service provided to the customer before calling the customer and telling them to take a survey? He didn't take the time to read, or tell me to hold for a moment so he can get familiar. How do these people get in the field they are in and they have no customer service or people skills? This is my second interaction with him and I really could've done without 🤦♀️

I purchased a vehicle here and it has been in the shop longer than I have had it. They give you a 90 day warranty, but refuse to fix anything wrong with the vehicle! Absolutely terrible service. Zero communication on their end. Do not recommend at all. Went in to diagnose a problem. They kept our car over the weekend without updating us on the service. When I called on Monday morning to get an update they said they will have a technician working on it when they get in and will update on the findings. No response so I call late afternoon and they say they are going to keep it overnight again and a manager will look at it the morning and they will call right after. Did not receive a call, so I call mid-afternoon and they say they don?t know what?s wrong and asked if I wanted to take the car back and it was so late in the day that we couldn?t go in same day so the car had to stay overnight again. I had to call them 4 times to get updates and leave a lot of messages. Not once did I get a call back from them explaining their findings. Absolutely terrible communication, especially for holding the car for 4 days. Also, upon pick up, very few employees were wearing a mask. When picking up the vehicle an employee laughed out loud after the vehicle was described so seems like they don?t know how to handle things professionally.

Took my Jeep in because when I hit a bump it shook horrible the first time and thought they fixed it but they didn?t. My husband took it back in because of the same issue and found out they never looked at it the first time. So, they ordered the part and when the part came in they did not call us. I almost had a wreck one morning, because I hit a bump and had to pull over because it shook so bad. I immediately went to the dealership to talk to the service manager. I told Scott (service manager) what had just happened and asked when my part was coming in. He said it was in!!! So I asked when did it come in. Mind you we took the Jeep in the first week of February. He said , ?it came in on the 15th of Feb?. I told him no one called us to let us know and asked what was the policy for calling customers when their parts come in? He said , ?they have no policy?!!!? I told him the day was the 24th so that was a week ago and that wasn?t right or fair. My Jeep was taken care of but I will never go back to this dealership, because they don?t have a policy about calling you and they don?t take it seriously. I asked Maureen, my service rep, why she didn?t call me and she said, ?they are so backed up?, and left it at that???

I pay extra money a month for a warranty. I had my car towed to get fixed at the dealership and they had my car for 3 weeks with no answers. Finally I had enough they made me pay fees before releasing my car and they didn’t even work on my car. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership.

I had to get the roof of my convertible repaired and my technician was very thorough and communicated to me what was happening during each step of the repair. Parts had to be shipped from California and i feel like they repaired it quicker than I was expecting. He gave me a worse case and best case scenario so I wasn?t shocked when the bill arrived, which i appreciated! Very friendly and helpful during an experience which no one really wants to find themselves in - having to get their car fixed!! Side note - I have also purchased two cars at Autonation before, and I won?t buy a car anywhere else now. They are so transparent and the most honest car dealership i have come across here in AZ.

I brought my car in for service because my battery light was on. I also had a factory recall. Maureen took the time to answer several questions and never made me feel rushed. I also requested an alignment because my steering wheel was shaking. When I picked up my car she advised me that the shaking was from bad tires and I didn’t need an alignment. Pls he went the extra mile to show me the problem.

I dropped my car off for a factory recall the night before a 7am morning appt and it wasnt even started let alone done during the window I had to pick it up (3-4pm). I was a little annoyed but my service rep apologized and said that as long as I could get there before 9pm, he would put my keys at the sales desk for me which I appreciated! When I go to pick up at 730pm, i spy a red diesel wrangler I drooled over and the sales rep was quick to help me get my keys and locate my car. they even washed it for me! I learned they were hit really bad with covid and the service dept is missing a ton of guys so I just wanted to give a shout out to their dedication to at least finish it same day and help me pick up when I could arrange another ride there.

I wasn?t going to post a review but after the 4th email asking me to, I figured I would. I Asked the gentleman that wrote up my service ? Please make sure they don?t roll down the windows, the windows were tinted earlier this morning?. He replied, ?I will, I don?t know why they would.? When the car was finished, he walked me to the car and of course, the drivers side window was down. In addition, there were dirty smudges all over the steering wheel as well as the driver door armrest, driver seat and seat mounted armrest. The tire pressure recommended on the placard is 38 psi front, 30 rear. They were set at 35 all the way around. The waiting area was clean and the people were friendly. I?m not a fan of the actual service of the automobile and the way it was treated. This was my first and last visit.

* Service Department* Called to schedule an appointment for my Ram 2500 Diesel and let them know it was due to it having an oil leak, They asked me when would I like to drop it off as they could get it in as soon as the next day. I told them I use my truck for work so I would like to drop it off on a Friday if that was okay, was told that would be just fine, was scheduled for Friday at 9 am and told me who my service advisor would be. Showed up on my scheduled time and was told by the service advisor that an oil leak will take 24 to 48 hours for inspection, told him that I don't understand I have an appointment and let the person over the phone know why I was coming in so why do I have to wait longer I thought that's why appointments are made. Service advisor said well I can do my best to try and get it looked at today but it's normally 24 to 48 hours. Since I had already took the day off I told the service advisor please do what you can as I use my truck for work and if I was told from the beginning about the inspection time I would have made other arrangements to drop the truck off a different day. Service advisor said he will do his best. On the way home I got frustrated as the point of an appointment is a place setting time aside for an individual so an issue can be looked at. I decided to call the shop and ask to speak with a manager about this issue. If you call "GOOD LUCK " getting a hold of ANYONE everything goes to voice-mail trying to get a live person once your vehicle gets dropped off is IMPOSSIBLE! Since I was back at home I decided to just give the service advisor a chance and see if he could work it in for inspection. I did get a call at the end of the day to let me know they put my truck up in the air and they did notice that there seemed to be some sort of leak but they couldn't tell from where until they pressure washed it and since it was the end of the day they will let me know on Monday. At this point I have no choice so I agreed. On Monday I got a phone call in the afternoon letting me know that I do in fact have an oil leak and they will put me into a loner truck until it is repaired. Awesome that's a nice customer service, went down picked up the loaner. Well several days went by so I called to see how the truck is doing (Have to leave a message) No call back Friday rolls around get a phone call from the service advisor letting me know we should have your truck done by the end of the day, if not he works on Saturday and will call me then to get it. Perfect! Well No call either day so Monday comes and I call once in the morning and then in the afternoon leaving messages asking if my truck is completed? I happened to be in the area so I just stopped by. Not only is my truck NOT completed but they just pulled it in to START working on it. The service advisor told me that I had an extensive oil leak and they had their master tech on it, told him that's great but you told me that it was done! Service advisor then said Well you are still in the loaner truck right? Told him yes and I appreciate that but there is a difference between My truck and a loaner truck especially when it comes to work purposes. Service advisor says I get it, give me and hour and I will call you and let you know about how much longer we should have it. Okay. NO CALL! At this point I didn't even bother calling as I never get a call back!! I figured eventually they would call as they would like there loaner truck back. Thursday (1 day short of having my truck 2 full weeks) I got a phone call saying my truck was ready. I went down, while transferring everything from the loaner to my truck the service advisor told me that I may get surveyed and if I couldn't give a perfect 10 to let him know, otherwise he would let his manager know. Told him there is no way I can give a perfect 10. Service advisor just looked at me and said Okay I'll let manager know and left. I then noticed greasy foot prints on bumper, scratches and gouges in my grille. Manager called next day told him what happened he said he will look into it. Still Nothing.

I am happy my new leased truck was fixed but! 😊 I wasn't happy that I made an appointment & I had to sit there from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm & then they came up with a curticy vehicle for the remaining my truck was being fixed, I guess so they didn't have call me an uber. 😆 There was a lack of communications with what was going on with the truck but 2 weeks and one day they fixed it & the following day I had to return to reprogram the second key fob. Of course this soga had to happen over Christmas & New Years while visiting freinds here in the Pheonix area.

I have 2 Jeep?s - 2016 Jeep Trailhawk and 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and have started inquiring about buying a new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. The battery on my 2019 Rubicon died, just flat out died. I had AAA jump me and headed toward AutoNation to get a replacement. I was told I could drop off the car but there was a waiting list of 10 people ahead of me to get a loaner. After a heated discussion I was told too bad so sad, batteries die figure out how to get home yourself. If AutoNation is too busy to service me in an emergency then they don?t need my business. I called the sales department and told my (actually wonderful sales guy) to forget about ordering my next car, I?m going somewhere else. No one called me back, I really don?t care, I?m buying my next car, maybe not even a Jeep, somewhere else.

The sales experience was great but the service experience needs a lot of work. My truck has had multiple problems one of them was unable to fill it up correctly they put a new part on it and tested it and said it worked went to a gas station as soon as I picked it up and it did the exact same thing. Other problem is my truck vibrates when I drive and they can’t figure it out and they keep pushing me off on it

Dropped off my jeep at 730 am was supposed to hear from service regarding prices. Never heard back, called several times. Finally at 3pm got call car was ready. No issue with light they said and part for mirror was at another dealer in the valley but had to wait until monday for service to replace light strip on mirror. Wanted to charge me $160. For labor for a 10 min job. I just picked up the part, will have someone else replace it.

This is by and far the worst car buying experience I have ever had out of over 50 vehicles from dealers. I purchased a used vehicle on 10/21/2020 and paid for it in full including delivery to me out of state. It took three weeks to even get the dealership to figure out how to get the paperwork signed (which we ended up doing at an AutoNation by us) and the paperwork was fraudulently wrong as it included stuff for a loan (even though the car was paid for in full already) and no warranty (even though it was an AutoNation Certified Used Car with a 4K mile 90 day bumper to bumper warranty). It took another week to get the car scheduled and transported, finally arriving 11/20/2020, a full month after it was bought and paid for. When it arrived it had undisclosed crash damage to the front end and rear quarter panel, was missing the spare tire, and did not arrive with a title. It took getting corporate involved to get the GM to respond to this purchase and we still aren't done. We still do not have a title or odometer disclosure statement and the dealership owes us $700 for the damage. I cannot stress enough how much you should NOT ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

I came here because my 2019 Ram 3500 truck was overheating due to a coolant leak somewhere and I had a light on with a code. The technician never did a stress test to see where the truck was leaking just guessed it was the upper hose because it had dried coolant when the leak was wet other places. I sat all day for 6 hours and finally service advisor told me they were looking trying to find a radiator hose. He told me to Uber over to Home depot and get some high heat pvc pipe and they would customize a way to fix it as there were no radiator hoses anywhere in the country for my 2019 Ram 3500. So $40 later for Uber and $15 later for a steel pipe because they don't even make high heat pvc in the size he specified I get I return and he tells me his manager says they cannot do anything like that. I asked him what could be done he said go and get the tools and do it myself it would fix the problem. I asked him what about the light and code P24B4 as it said it was Particular matter sensor for heat control (Autonomy checked it on my way to dealer) He stated "can't find out what that is until leak is fixed". Really? At a dodge dealership you can't diagnose a check engine light as I sat there for 8 hours? They never did a diagnosis or a stress test. After I left and went to an auto parts store I met a man who told me to follow him to his mechanic. Mechanic did the stress test and I saw it leaking from the radiator with my own eyes this was upsetting. He could not get a radiator so I went back to dealership as I was in Arizona trying to get back to Michigan. They said "really radiator"? He looked it up and said he could not get one for almost a week. I asked him what I should do. He said put jb weld on it when it dried and then drive it back to Michigan and have a service department fix it. Long story short that light if it had been diagnosed was the egr valve that had gone out with 35000 miles on the truck and now I was 5,000 miles out of warranty. It led to cooler not working as I kept filling up truck with coolant so it warped the heads as well. $5700 later I am sitting in Texas waiting for it to be done. I wouldn't trust this dealership with anything they didn't even diagnose the problem and let me sit there all day. If they had diagnosed the light I would have left the truck to be fixed before cooler and gaskets warped and it would have been a lot cheaper fix.

My first experience here was one last one! I took my vehicle in for maintenance on a Wednesday early morning. Thursday came around and I received no update. I called the service department and had to leave a message. Nobody returned my call. Friday I called again, this time asking to speak with the GM. Of course the GM was unavailable so I spoke with somebody else. I told them what was happening, and I received a phone call back from the service manager. At this time on Friday, they had not even started on my vehicle which they have had for nearly 3 days! I told the service manager how displeased I was, considering I was looking to trade in my vehicle to purchase a 2021 model. 45 minutes later my truck was magically done... well part of it. I had to take it to Larry Miller Dodge to have it completed. If I could rate AutoNation Dodge 0 stars I would! Their communication and execution are awful. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this lying clowns!

Do I went in there with all the preconceived notions that dealerships are the devil. But having Maurice Singletary as my sales rep was an awesome experience. In Feb 2020 I purchased a 2015 Challenger SRT 392 from the original owner. The car was in prestine condition when I bought it. However, I’m pretty OCD when it comes to my cars so I took it to Autonation Dodge in N Phoenix, AZ and spent almost $2000 on the 50k mile manufacturers recommended service which included flushing both the coolant and transmission fluids. Within 6 months of the service, I had issues with both coolant and transmission fluid leaks. They have since been fixed by the dealer but I was changed for fixing the transmission leak as they said it was “unrelated” to the service previously competed. Also, the dealers “fix” for the coolant leak was to put on a generic radiator cap rated at 22 PSI where as the manufacturers cap was only rated at 17 PSI. I really hope they didn’t cover up a more serious issue by taking the cheap way out on that “FIX”. Either way, I’ve lost a significant amount of faith in the dealerships ability to maintain my car!!

purchased a used vehicle from Auto Nation,Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep on March 6, 2020, a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. During the finalization of the purchase the financial person was brought in to get the arrangement settled. My wife and I were pre- approved with Deer Valley Credit Union the day we came in. After the usual financial banter and attempts to up-sell different items, which we declined, it was decided to use AREO Credit Union for the financing, due to a slightly lower interest rate. We also purchased a three year, bumper to bumper warranty for $3000 that we were told was something we may want to consider because of all the computers and high tech components in the car. I was told, by the sales person that he had found a coupon to get $500 off the price bringing it to $2500. We concluded the purchase and left with the car. All was well until a few weeks later we received an email from Capital One Auto Financing thanking us for utilizing them to finance our vehicle. We called the dealership and tried to talk to the finance person but was told he had called in sick. We tried a few more times but he was never available. The salesman assured me the issue would be taken care. The financial person finally called and said that while in the salesman’s office all had agreed to use Capital One. The problem is that Capital One was NEVER even mentioned by ANYONE in that meeting. This was verified by my wife and the salesman. I told the finance guy I most assuredly told them I wanted to only use a credit union and he needed to rectify this situation. He told me he did not know how to fix it but would try. I told him since he made the mistake it was his responsibility to rectify it. The salesman assured me it would be taken care of. NOTHING happened until I was notified by Capital One that the payment was due. Since no one at thedealership was taking any real action I had Deer Valley pay off Capital One and financed the vehicle through them. While this was taking place the vehicle needed to have the door handles replaced because of a defect. I was told the required parts were two weeks out so we scheduled the repair and waited for the parts. Chapman Hyundai replaced the handles without incident and sent me a note stating that the door handles were replaced under the FIVE year bumper to bumper warranty provide by the factory AT NO COST. Mind you the salesman sold me a THREE year warranty for $2500. I notified the salesman about this unnecessary warranty and he quickly blamed it on the finance person but said he would cancel the warranty and refund my $2500. He actually said it was only $2400, but I let that go because he said he would stay on top of it for me. The issue is sort of twofold. The first issue is that the salesman was the one who suggested the warranty and pushed it until I agreed, the finance person did not mention it. The second and most important issue is, I STILL have not received my refund,$2400 or $2500. Thursday the 28th of May, will mark the SIXTH week since the warranty was cancelled and documented by the salesman. I have spoken with the sales person several times in this time period but the same answer has been given, “Its out of my Hands”. He’s told me that the corporate office handles all the checks and no one at the dealership can do so. When Deer Valley refinanced the loan I had to pay them for the unnecessary warranty to ensure it was not included in the financing. In essence we have paid out nearly $5000 for nothing except the hope that Auto Nation will make good on their debt to us. Since our recent conversations with the GM, Thomas Schnelle, he’s told us he’s “looking into it” and agrees it was a bad way to do business and then told me the refund would be prorated because it was in fact an insurance policy and 40 days had elapsed. I argued that since they sold me an unneeded policy that it should not be prorated and he then agreed and said the dealership would make up the difference to ensure

Had an appointment. Service finally found my appointment 8:20am. 2 hours later my Jeep is brought to me, dripping wet. Service was told not to wash my vehicle. Hand wash only. Completely water spotted, on my custom paint job. Service was told, Oil change only. Very disappointed with the service staff. I seemed to be an inconvenience.

i must say that this was the best time i have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. i picked out a vehicle, gave my information and told the salesman to call me when he had a price, payment and interest rate for me. he called and made his offer, and i was not satisfied and suggested to rework the offer. the salesman called back with a great deal. i went back to the dealership, and it took about an hour to complete the deal. i am really satisfied with the whole processes thank you, Francis Maena .

Took it in for two recalls and an oil change waited three hours they told me the recalls were done which they were not all they did was change my oil and the service rep out right lie to me about the recalls being done and I found out they were not done because I have a camera in my truck my truck sit in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours and then they brought it in for the oil change I will never purchase or go back to the dealership for anything

I've been waiting for over 2 weeks to receive copies of my multi point inspection reports since having service at the location I went to (I-17 and Bell Road). If I could put "o" stars I would. I bought my Jeep brand new here. A year and 3 months into owning it the touch screen completely went green. Took the vehicle in and had it replaced. A month later my backup camera goes out. Take it in again and they replace it. Two days after getting it back the back up camera goes out again. So I Take it back in, they tell me it just needed a software update. So they give it back to me again. Two days after getting it back the backup camera goes out again. So they tell me it needs another touch screen. So they replace that again. Not even two days after getting it back AGAIN the backup camera goes out AGAIN! At this point they have wasted so much of my time going back and forth, having to take days off work, the amount of gas I've wasted since it's a 45 min drive for me to the dealership. And to make everything worse in the middle of driving my car completely shuts off on me. There is no control for the accelerating or anything, I just have to roll the vehicle to the side of the road and turn it off and on for it to work. One of those two times that happened I go driving over 55 mph and it freaked me out. When I tell the dealership this they started do "oil immersion" tests on my vehicle (4 tests to be exact). Out of the four times they tested the oil they told me three of those times it came back that the engines was consuming more oil then it was suppose to be. On the fourth time it came back normal. So because one test was normal out of three they told me they wouldn't replace the engine. After this I was starting to get irritated so I asked to speak with the General Manager (Tom). I had spoke of the phone with him and told him I though my car was a "lemon" he told me it sounded like it. He told me "bring the vehicle in to the service department and come see me in my office. We can fill the paperwork for it to be a lemon". So I bring my vehicle in and go over to his office. He proceeds to tell me he has no clue how to fill for it to be a lemon after he told me to come in and he would help me. So he walks me over to the service department where I have the General Manager (Tom) and the Service Manager (Eric) standing in front of me. I start telling Eric all the problems I'm having. He proceeds to tell me "maybe you shouldn't brake so hard when you stop. If you brake hard the oil will rush to one side of the oil pan and the engine Will seize up". Last time I checked no matter if you brake hard or not it's not normal for your entire car to just shut off on you in the middle of driving. So I asked Tom for the corporate number, because this was starting to become to much. He then tells me "I have no clue how to get ahold of corporate". You're going to tell me the General Manager for Jeep has no clue how to get ahold of corporate?! So I find the number and call myself. I finally get to speak with someone and they are dumbfounded and everything I start to tell them the dealership is doing. A few days pass and I have to take my car in for an oil change. A few hours pass and I come to pick the vehicle up. As I am getting back into my car my service advisor hands me a packet and says "oh by the way you have a nail in your back tire, it's not patchable and it's $1,100 for new tires". So I took my car to discount tire the next morning. It took discount maybe 5 minutes to get the nail out, which was smaller then my finger nail (so it didn't even go through the tread) and they told me even It had it was in a place that was patchable. So the corporate people call me and tell me they want me to drop my vehicle off at the dealership to get some testing done on it. So I drop it off on a Monday. I pretty much gave them a call everyday just to get updates, because if I didn't call them then they wouldn't call me. Everyday I called and never got to speak with my service advisor she was always busy and they would say she will call you back later, but she never did. A week goes by of me calling and I call on Wednesday a man answers the phone and says "give me just a moment let me see where your service advisor is". I think he forgot to put me on hold and I could hear him call for her over there Wallis talkies, but what I could also hear after he said my name was another employee tell him "oh that customer is so annoying". I was so appalled at what I could hear them saying about me. I was PISSED! Later that day my service advisor actually after a week and a half called me back. I told her that I heard what they said and she didn't seem to care at all her response was "oh gosh I'm sorry" and that was it. They do not care at all about there customers. The Managers there will try everything possible to trick you and lie to you left and right. I have never been treated so horrible in my life. I am a healthcare worker and we are already under so much stress as it is.

They made me wait almost 2 hours for what they said would take about an hour with no update and no explanation. When they were finally done they handed me my paperwork and walked away without a word. There was issues with my car and I had to hunt them down to have it explained to me. They then blamed somebody else for the problem. Thankfully it wasn't too serious but what are they doing to other people who may have serious problems. I don't trust them I don't recommend them.

My husband had an appt to drop off his truck at 8:00am. We were there 5 mins early. Our advisor Bert didn't get to us until 8:25. We would have left if we weren't stuck there because another vehicle had pulled in behind us. Our appt was for a recall service, but my husband tried to discuss a separate problem he was having with his truck and Bert was extremely dismissive. We ended up deciding we would only do the recall and would take the truck elsewhere for the other problem. Also, we asked him about the windshield wiper sprayer and were quoted a price to fix. We approved it, and then when Bert called to tell us we can pick up the truck he said he miss quoted us by $75 but that he would give us a $45 discount.. $30 is not going to make or break us, but he didn't even seen to care that he quoted the wrong price and we had no choice to pay it at that time as the work was already done. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I had quite the experience at Autonation. Here I am 6 weeks post purchase. Most people know the experience doesn't end when the sale is complete. The experience has been memorable. Chris was great with my purchase. Sean in Fiance was super awesome, especially since it was super late at night when he was able to get to my deal. Then Mike, the Sales Manager really took care of me, But what made my experience the best, was the personal contact from the GM. I had a few little hiccups, and based on communication with the GM, he got all of my concerns addressed. I had to bring back the truck after being out of town for a few weeks to have some options addressed and Maureen was amazing in the Service department. I think in this experience, I was taken care of by ALL the departments in Autonation Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. They definitely have my business going forward.

Had my Ram 2500 in for Recall service. Bert greeted me and explained what would take place while the truck was being serviced. Drop off took less than 5 mins and I really appreciated the prompt and professional treatment i received. Picked up the vehicle in the afternoon and Bert explained what other items needed attention based on their free diagnostics. I appreciated their validation of things I knew needed to be addressed. Other than the quick and thorough review, I never once felt like I was being pressured with setting up a follow up service appointment. Much to my surprise and relief. I have had such conversations at other dealerships in the past that I did not appreciate. From drop off to pick up all was handled in a timely and professional manner. I brought in my jeep and Misty was my underwriter. She was great. She took care of me and my car. She made sure I was kept in the loop of what was being done on my car and the time line of when the work would be finished. She called me personally with updates. When the work was complete, she spent her lunch hour picking me up to go get my car. She even started my car for me, so the air would cool it down before I got in it. She goes above and beyond her job title. She really made me feel at ease with my car repairs. I will request Misty anytime my jeep needs to go back.

Terrible. Very disappointed with this AutoNation Dealership. We were told vehicle was already sold at the end of three hour negotiations. Left and was contacted by salesmen that dealership was misinformed of sale made. Returned by my child?s need for a vehicle. CFS Mgr eventually meet us, presented paperwork with no explanation for signatures, and after several back and forth documents transactions we were done. It took six hours to buy this used car. My guess is new car sales do not have the same experience.

spent two trips down there working on a deal for a used truck. they said it needed new tires and I agreed. when I came back to sign the deal the tires changed from nice size off road tires to a super cheap set of tires that looked like spare tires. they refused to change them and i walked I never expected to have a bait and switch like this. it was a very cheap dirty thing to do. and a huge waste of my time. I was going to refer family and friends but after this i will be telling everyone how my deal was handled. very upset we liked that truck a lot.

They were a great help in getting my hood fixed. Someone had cut the wire to the hood and they were able to get it replaced under the warranty, that in turn saved me a good amount. I would recommend anyone go to them for any work as they will help you to the best of their abilities. 11/11/2020 I had my brakes replaced by them about a week ago. They were able to accommodate me due to my schedule. They replaced my brakes in a timely manner and. I will continue to use them as much as possible to keep my vehicle up and running.

Everything has always been fixed right the first time, whether it was a repair or maintenance. My car still runs like a new car. At this writing, we are now in Covid -19 times and the service booths and waiting room are sterilized. My car smelled sterilized when I got it back from the tune-up, too. Runs and sounds great. I try to take very good care of my car. I keep bringing it back to this dealer because they act like they care about my car as much as I do. They are very good at customer service here. Customer service was acceptable until I signed the purchase agreement, then it went downhill from there. During the purchasing process the seller was sufficiently knowledge about the vehicle. However, the vehicle could not be road tested even though I had set up an appointment. I was told the vehicle was unavailable for a road test only after I showed up. Nonetheless, I purchased it. After the purchase, customer service was inadequate. I was told that the car would be ready in a couple of days. The car was eventually delivered to me 8 days after purchase. It was not touched for 5 days and they started working on it only after repeated calls and emails (and legal threats). Finally, the car runs fine and I happy with the purchase. However, it was delivered to me with some of the promised repairs missing.

Overall I was satisfied of the purchase. Salesman I worked with was very nice, and never pressured me in to anything, however I feel as though I was lied too. Few things I didn't like, we had agreed upon a price, and payments. So we did all the paperwork, I signed away and rang the bell. A few days later I got a call that the deal fell through, and that they couldn't get the loan approved and I either needed to return the vehicle, or find a cosigner. This was frustrating as they told me everything was good to go. After all of this, I got what I needed and once my paper work came in, I also noticed that the price I paid was quite a bit more than what I was told I was going to be paying (before interest). I loved my vehicle, and just delt with it. However next time I buy whether I buy from them again or not I now know what questions to ask. Overall I don't blame the salesman, I just don't agree with how they conducted everything behind the scenes. Also, I was told I would get $150 dollar referral check, since I had someone else come in to buy a vehicle a few days later. Never received any check, and any calls or emails about it were never returned to me. So took it as a loss.

Battery dies without warning. Just drive into Phoenix and battery died. No warning. Managed to get car to dealer and they did voltage load tests and replaced my battery. Washed car and I was on my way. They exceeded my expectations

Rocket was our service manager originally when we bought our Jeep, Grand Cherokee. We went back to him for our last service. We are so happy we did. He is courteous, knowledgeable and fun to work with. He firstly checked our complete service history to reacquaint him =self with our truck. He then recommended services based on the age and miles on the car and was able to reduce the costs by applying special offers. I was relieved to find out that I would receive same day service the morning after my engine light came on. On the purchasing side things are great. On the service side, not so much. I've brought my NEW 2019 Wrangler Rubicon in 3 times to have the alignment fixed. It has pulled to the right since the day I drove it off the lot only 4400 miles ago. The first time I did not leave it because they did not have a vehicle for me to drive as the were supposed to . The second time they improved the issue however it still pulls to the right and now has the added problem of the steering wheel being pointed to the left to go straight. The third time I was told the alignment is perfect on specifications. The vehicle still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is still canted to the left to go straight. I don't think it's too much to ask that a brand new vehicle drive straight and that the steering wheel points straight when I'm going straight. BTW, I've had 2 other Jeep Wranglers and this service department has never been able to get the alignment right on any of them. In the past I just gave up and lived with it. I'm not willing to do that this time.

Recently purchased a new Ram truck and had to hurry the deal due to family emergency,after I left the dealership I realized I had forgotten to remove my tri-ball hitch, I called the salesman and informed him about it and we agreed it was to late to come get it that night , I agreed to come pick it up that Wednesday when he was back on again,when I showed up I was told their shop had inspected the truck and cut the hitch lock off and my hitch was gone. He told me he would look for it and I told him that I needed the hitch back an also that I needed the locking lugs that were supposed to come with the purchase of the truck. I was informed today that the hitch was found but I would have to purchase a new lock if I needed one and that the lugs are on order.

I have worked in the auto repair business for mant years startning in 1996. I always worked with independent shops family owned here in the valley. Used to be that the dealers were the ones who tried to sell you everything they could. Being a service writer myself I heard some bad stories. But that has all changed. I am the guy who has never had to take his vehicle in for anything. Being a master tech as well as a service writer I could fix everyrhing myself and know it was done right. After taking my truck into the dealer I was very pleased with everything. Everything here was easy they made it all so easy and I had confidence that the tech working on my truck was a professional and did quality workmanship. The technology had changed and made things easiet to communicate. I was very pleased with the methods used now to make things so much easier, clearer to understand. Really just impressed and pleased with the entire experience. I plan on going back to have them take care of some recommended issues that I had let slip by. This place will take care of you and your vehicle and with the nicest people you will meet. Just good honest American service with people you can trust.

Scheduling was flexible, service was fast, attention to detail was great. The service writer was very polite and professional. The service manager was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Waiting area was very clean and coffee/snacks present. Staff seems to always be eager to ask if any assistance was required. The techs take their time in locating route causes and are experienced. This is one repair shop I would recommend.

I feel bad leaving a negative review as our salesman Steve Gergisch was AWESOME! My issues are with Floyd, the sales manager. I bought a used Ram for $35k and there were very minor issues(tire rotation, tire balancing, alignment, broken driver window regulator, broken driver fog lamp assembly, broken center console, and faulty overhead console) that Floyd was very reluctant to fix. All of these issues were extremely cheap to fix, at cost. Floyd seemed off guard to even shake my hand when I first met him. Floyd gave me a very uneasy feeling that I shouldn’t feel when making such a huge purchase. My truck was in and out of the service area 5 times! This was mostly due to the fact that service had to get approvals from Floyd and he made every step extremely difficult. Steve Rogers, the service manager, told me he would fix the overhead console light and balance and rotate tires. He balanced and rotated the tires but then told me he didn’t remember saying he would fix the overhead console. He also told me he would give me a free oil change for my struggles. He forgot to give me a free oil change.. Since my truck was in and out of the service area 5 times, I was unable to drive it, of course. This means that issues that could have arose from putting mileage on it, were not found. For example, right before the last drop off the vapor sensor purge valve(ESMI) broke. This caused th we check engine light to go on. I was told since I was 5 days beyond my 90 day warranty, the repair would not be covered! The invoice was for $560. They wanted $149 for the part with $50 shop supplies and $330 worth of labor. I bought the part at Orielly’s for $17.99 and all it required was a slotted screwdriver and 15mins of my time to change! I’m not a mechanic by any means. Steve Rogers could have easily replaced that and his cost would have been minimal. I am writing a rather long review because I have a bad taste in my mouth. Let me reiterate, our salesman Steve Gergisch was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you Steve Gergisch!

Carlos was very polite, friendly and professional. I dropped off my truck and was on my way very quickly. Although the part that is needed was not available in town and I have to bring my truck back once they get the part I am very happy with the service that I received.

Overall pretty bad experience. I made an appointment online but the guy had no indication or information about my appointment. The whole process seemed pretty disorganized. The client representative handling my vehicle repairs at your shop was rude and condescending. I probably will not go back there again anytime soon. Will look some place else to get my vehicle serviced/repaired. To top it off they left technician parts in my car and I had to drive all of the way back to the dealership.

We came into autonation knowing what we wanted to look at and Francis treated us great. We test drove both vehicles we wanted and felt no sales pressure. Once we made our decision it was almost seamless. Only glitch were computers were running extremely slow but both Francis and financing made us comfortable as we made it through the process.

Salesman sent us a list of 4 cars that met our requirements then tried to sell us something else when we walked in the door. Finally bought the car on the top of the list he had sent us! Car is only 2 days old and several things are not working. The display of the mph in the middle of the speedometer has disappeared. And the button on the door handle does not always close the doors.

This service department is probably the worst one I have ever went to. They had my new car for two days and couldn’t fix the problem and tried double talking me. I would never use them again. Will find another Chrysler dealership to use.

I scheduled an appointment for 8 a.m. I took the day off to get some work done on my Vehicles radio because it's not working properly. I drop the vehicle off I get a call 8 hours later at 4 p.m. letting me know that they have not even looked at my car and that will need another day to work to my car. I declined because I need my vehicle for work and I couldn't afford another day off so now I have to take another day off next week just to get work done. They ask me if I need the shuttle to pick me up so I said yes because I have no other transportation. I wait 2 hours and no one had picked me 6 p.m. I called them ask when they would pick me up they put me on hold for 2 minutes let me know that the person renting the shuttle would call me in the next minute or so. I get a call about 2 minutes later letting me know they're on their way. I went the entire day without my vehicle, had to pay for Lyft and Uber fair around town. I didn't even get an apology for wasting my time. I will never come back because of this horrible service I received today.

My vehicle was worked on for 4 months, when it was returned to me not only did it have a dead battery from sitting, but it was also completely out of gas. I was told that it was my vehicle and my responsibility. Even after all the time they had it and all the work done to try and fix my original complaint and 1400 dollars later I was left with an empty tank and a dead battery. This is unacceptable and I hope to save someone time and money with this review, take it to someone else.

Sales Dept tried strong arm tactics to try to force us to buy, the warranty they first told us about was bogus and they rescinded it, back window was rolled down to cover damage when we looked at the vehicle, when we took delivery the tires only had 10 lbs of air in them, our purchase took over 4 hours and we did not finance. Go to any other dealer but this one, they do not care about the customer, only the sale.

4 weeks ago I went to get an oil change and they backed my truck up into something. They would not take responsibility and will not return phone calls. All I want is for them to check there cameras instead of deny deny deny. take responsibility because if you did you might still have a customer. instead of ducking and ignoring my calls. Also, i dont want your general manager phone number that just takes me to the service department that wont call me back.(like you gave me on google)

Don't believe their salespeople, and don't trust this dealer with your money. They'll sell you additional services and then not deliver the services that they promised and that you paid for. At least that's what happened to me with salesman Cody and finance people Ennis and Vladimir.

I went into Auto Nation of Phoenix to sell my 2008 Chevy Avalanche. I used their online site to get an estimate of what my car was worth before going in. It was a fair offer and had the quote in hand when I went in. We spoke to Chuck who has been selling cars for many, many years. He wrote a book on selling/buying cars and gave us a few excerpts from his book while we waited for the final appraisal. The whole experience took about 2 hrs, but that included about an 1 hr for a lunch break. Roman did our appraisal and was back in a flash. He was very friendly and helpful. If you want to sell your car for a fair price with no hassel, go see Roman. When we returned from lunch Roman had all the paperwork done, all we needed to do was sign. We had our check in hand and out the door in 2 hrs! Thanks guys for a super experience!

I bought my Chrysler 300C from them. The sales experience was excellent and the service OK on the Chrysler. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and had a very bad experience. First they would not honor my FCA coupon, quoting a price about $20 higher. When I asked how long it would take, the said about 1 1/2 hours. (Their Mopar Express ad says it takes 30 minutes or less.) After waiting in the waiting room for more than 2 hours, I started walking around, looking for my jeep. I found it in the parking lot where it obviously had not yet been touched. With some difficulty I found the service adviser and walked him out to the jeep. He went to check with 2 workers who were deep in the middle of repairing another car. It was obvious that they were not going to get to me any time soon. At that point I left, not getting the oil change and wasting about 3 hours of my time. I will never go back to them for an oil change.

First time Jeep owner with a 2018 Rubicon. Woke up this morning with a dead battery. Roadside assistance that is under our warranty came out and gave me a jumpstart. Headed straight into the dealership with no appointment. Chuck Cornell in the repair department greeted me with positivity that he’ll get it in and get the battery tested! Come to find out not only do I have a main battery, I also have a separate battery for my Auxiliary. Who knew??? Both are dead and need to be replaced. Chuck informed me that they only have the main and wouldn’t have the Aux until tomorrow morning. Long story short, excellent customer service! Chuck kept me informed with updates throughout the process and even arranged for Enterprise Rental to bring my a loaner until tomorrow when the repairs are completed. Thank you Chuck and thank you Auto Nation North Valley!

Was 300 miles out of warranty and the battery died. Auto Nation said tough luck. I will never spend another $ there so enjoy the $220 for the battery. So short sighted!

If a part they ordered does not come correct or on time go purchase from a local shop. Waited a week for a job that takes a day on a common replacement (power steering pump). This ended up costing me more money due to rental car and left me in a car for a week instead of my normal Jeep. All they would do for me is sorry out of our control. I will not be going back there for any Warranty repairs.

The sold me a BMW and I traded in my existing car - after 2 days and less than 30 miles driven I pulled up at home and saw oil drips on my drive - then walked around the car and there is ail all down one side - open the hood and there is oil everywhere and no oil filler cap on the car - I found it the cap further down almost under the engine where it had landed. Called the dealership and 3 hours later they sent a tow truck. Luckily I was not stuck at the side of the road! The dealership also offered to deliver a loan car. That arrived the next day. I drove off in it as I was running to a meeting when they arrived so I signed the paperwork and jumped in without them turning off the car. Went to my meeting and went to start the car and they had the wrong key fob in it so it would not start. So I called the dealership again and they had to come and rescue me for the second time in 2 days. As this dealership has a 4 day 250 mile you can return the car and get all you money back no questions asked. I decided to go for this option having lost all faith in the dealership and the car. I asked for my old trade back (luckily they had not sold it in the 2 days) When I went to get the car they suggested that as I had driven over 300 miles in the BMW they could not just turn the deal back. Luckily I have a mileage app on my phone which shows every journey I made in the 2 days it took the car engine to pump oil everywhere. Jimmy the GM was eventually able to sort it out and I got my car and money back. Not the best experience of a dealership I have had but in the end it was sorted out..... and then they emailed me and asked me to write a review on their facebook page - so here it is

I had been servicing my 2002 Dodge Dakota Crew Cab for the last 15 years in this dealer service shop and my truck still is running well and sometimes flying...kudos to my service advisor Maureen Working she's the best. Went looking for a new Jeep Gladiator. Was stopped at the door by an older man. I asked to see a base model gladiator. His words were we have non they are all sold. I said ok let’s see the next stop up. He said those are all sold too. Talked able being discriminated against before walking in the door. The funny part is I’m home now and looking on line and just spoke to Francis and they have 5 in stock now. Is this how you train all employees.

I just worked an internet deal with Ryan, and dealt with Nate at the dealership for the test ride while they evaluated my trade. All numbers on the internet contract worked for both parties so we bought the truck, no haggling. Nate and Dustin were great, we signed all the papers and closed the deal Sunday night. We agreed to pickup the truck on Monday so AutoNation could take care of a minor recall and detail the truck. I returned late Monday morning, all funds were paid in full and the deal was completed, but the truck was not ready. They made me sit around for the better part of the day to take delivery. If your going to buy from AutoNation you may want to hold back funds or signing to keep them motivated. The service department and the detailers must be too busy to deliver the truck on time. Nate and Dustin in sales were awesome..... But now that I've got it, and put my first 100 miles on it, I absolutely love my new Ram 2500 4x4 w/ Cummins turbo-diesel. Thanks AutoNation… sort of.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service during this process. Our sales rep, Victoria was prompt, honest, friendly and efficient. This is exactly what we needed with buying our son’s first car. We drove from Tucson to test drive a few cars and she even came into work 2.5 hours early in order to support us through the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice used car.

Very disappointing experience. This car dealership is very untrustworthy and put me in a very shady deal. I tried to return the purchased vehicle more then once as I was extremely unhappy with my purchase and my deal. I was refused that option. They would not take my vehicle back and return my trade in to me. They screwed me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

In for recall & dent repair. Service didn't even look at dent, said "collision handles." So, after dropping off truck for recall, went to collision. They stated they do BIG jobs & that the place I just came from has dent repair. Went online to schedule dent repair. Dropped off truck Sat morn & new appt for Monday, so left truck there. I called Monday to explain what happened. No calls from service Monday. I called Tue & asked about truck, we will contact you was response - no calls. I left message for service manager to call me, then I finally got a return call with status. I will probably never bring my truck back here.

stop lying I brought my 2012 dodge caravan for a oil change and an apparent widow regulator I had a 10:00 appointment and met my adviser that told me it would be approx 2.5 to 3 hrs to complete. I decided to wait for it. at 3.5 hrs I asked how much longer it might be.I was told it had not been started. I asked why I had not been informed. I said so nothing had been done and was told by John he didn't say that he said it had been looked at ( by that I assumed the tech had pushed the window and said the regulator was bad and that COST ME $70 FOR DIAGNOSTICS) but then it sat for 2.5 hrs. Very not good. I said bring me my car and left very dissatisfied
