The Sales Associate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience. Job Responsibilities: o Sell vehicles utilizing the AutoNation Sales Process o Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork o Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction o Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person - maintain a prospect development system o Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction o Forecast goals at the beginning of each month o Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis o Introduce customers to the Service Department emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations o Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled o Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards |

Job Summary:
The quick lube service technician will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out his/her responsibilities through coordination with the service manager.
Job Responsibilities:
o Performs multipoint inspection
o Advises service consultant of additional work
o Service grease fittings, universal joints and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed air powered grease gun
o Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axel housings, and shackles
o Check air pressure of tires
o Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
o Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
o Add water to radiator and battery
o Replace oil and air filters
o Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed
o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
o Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicalsRequired Experience Qualifications:
o Must meet company's requirements for employment
o Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
o Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
o Must have a valid driver's license
o Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
o Prior experience as a technicians helper or apprentice
o Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
o Exposure to inclement weather
o Ability to operate an automobile
o Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
o Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater then 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
